Our Inventory reports provide details of the condition, cleanliness and contents of your property prior to the start of the tenancy. Each report includes professional time stamped digital photos, meter readings and a full room by room detailed description of condition and contents. An inventory is an essential part of any tenancy should a dispute arise between the tenant and landlord.
We carry out routine interim inspections to provide the landlord with peace of mind and to identify any maintenance issues. Any problems highlighted are addressed at an early stage and the property can be maintained to a high standard. Ideally, inspections should be carried out every 3 months. We produce a comprehensive report using professional software and send it directly to the landlord.
A full check is carried out at the end of a tenancy and a report produced which compares the condition and cleanliness of the property with that at the start of the tenancy. It highlights any cleaning or damage to the property and can be used should a dispute arise. We provide a full report with photos and a detailed description of the condition of the property at the end of tenancy.
